From Auckland, take State Highway 20 south, merging with State Highway 1. Take Exit 477 onto State Highway 2  (Coromandel/Tauranga). At the first roundabout (after about 30km) take the first exit onto State Highway 25, and continue to Thames.

 

From Thames, continue driving north on the Thames Coast Road (State Highway 25) to Coromandel Town (about 55km).

From Coromandel Town, follow the signs to Port Charles/Fletcher Bay, in the direction of Colville.

 

Papa Aroha is about 15km north of Coromandel Town. Pohutukawa Coastal Chalets is on the right hand side of the road, just up the hill from the Papa Aroha Holiday Park.
